Impact on Society

• Our aim is to actively support our staff in participating in local charity raising efforts and to provide donations to support charities which impact on the global community.

Environmental impact

• We employ simple but practical energy conservation practices: using energy efficiency light-bulbs, using timer switches and thermostats to control heating and cooling levels. At our Cambridge location we have installed solar panels to maximise energy efficiency.
• We recycle our paper in the office as much as possible. Any organic and inorganic disposals are made responsibly e.g. recyclable waste is separated out.
• We dispose of residual chemical waste in accordance with European Industry standards, using facilities at tank terminals.

Relations with Suppliers, Partners and Contractors

• We ensure that we trade in chemicals with established, blue chip, international partners.
• We would not deal with companies that we knew to be unfairly exploiting their people, their society or their environment.

Relations with Employees

• Staff involvement is through regular both formal and informal meetings.

Relations with Customers

• Our business is a based on forming good relationships. For us customer satisfaction is of immense importance.
