The Queen’s Awards are the UK’s most prestigious awards for business performance. The awards differ from personal honours because they recognise the achievement of the successful business unit as a whole - management and employees working as a team. To mark the achievement of the winners, the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh host a reception at Buckingham Palace for representatives of each winning organisation.
